Return & Refund Policy

At Parzale, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and transparent policies.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused
• The item must be in its original packaging
• You must contact us first before returning the item

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

We will provide return instructions once your request is reviewed.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We offer free shipping on all orders, so return shipping is not covered

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

• You received a defective item, or
• You received the wrong item

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only if:

• The item is defective, or
• The wrong item was sent

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

• Orders marked Delivered by the shipping carrier
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
• Buyer’s change of mind
• Delays caused by shipping carriers

Delivered Orders

Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages after delivery
• Delivery issues related to the carrier after confirmation

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for such cases.

Lost Packages

If tracking confirms that your package is lost in transit, we will:

• Reship the item, or
• Issue a full refund

Chargebacks and Disputes

Before filing a dispute or chargeback, you agree to contact us first.

• A tracking status marked “Delivered” is considered proof of successful delivery
• Filing a chargeback after confirmed delivery may be treated as a violation of this policy

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks using all available evidence.
